3D Points Volume Estimation is a Python workflow to create a 3D volume that estimates the spread of points. In this specific instance, it was used to visualize and quantify the dendritic volume of preganglionic neurons in the lumbosacral spinal cord based on the spread of cholera toxin subunit B (CTB) within the neuron.
